Metarembrandt
A look into the future
Our core goal is and remains to make Rembrandt's oeuvre accessible and insightful to everyone. To make this possible, we want to realise a metaverse museum containing all of Rembrandt’s paintings. We intend to make this possible through an NFT sale of our version of The Night Watch – the most original one - in 8.000 pieces.

The buyers will form the founders and treasurers, the Night Watchers, of the MetaRembrandt Museum. Consequently, earning access to several perks and privileges.
previous projects
Rembrandt remastered
We are most famous for our unique exhibition; Rembrandt Remastered, We have done the impossible by bringing all of Rembrandt’s paintings together, digitally restoring and remastering them , including stolen, disappeared and badly damaged paintings. The exhibition travelled from Amsterdam to Tokyo, from Tel Aviv to Wellington.
Our second large exhibition
‘Rembrandt, all his paintings’
In total, the exhibition attracted around 72.000 visitors.
A life in 180 paintings
In cooperation with Prof. Dr Van de Wetering we published the book ‘Rembrandt; A Life in 180 Paintings’, describing the backstories of all of Rembrandt’s collected works.

This book is much more than a traditional biography ; it is the synthesis of Rembrandt’s lifetime's work written for the uninitiated but also containing hidden treasures for the insider.

The combination of image and text is intended to give the reader the feeling of looking over Rembrandt's shoulder while he is at work.
